c.1938 house. For up to four adults ..we are definitive about that.. teens could be part of that ‘mix’.. but no more than four people .

 First floor has the living room, dining room, kitchen and a 1/2 bath. A large TV with cable is located in the living room. Two bedrooms and full bathroom are on the 2nd floor. One king and one queen bed.  Simple but very neat bathroom. It’s a wonderful little ‘cottage’ that we intend to keep making ‘improvements’ to.  Steeple View Cottage has individually controlled heat and AC.
